We are actively seeking new development opportunities. Funds are available for development sites across a wide range of sectors.
Our current strategy is targeting development schemes with a lot size range of £5m - £25m in terms of end value. The geographical focus will primarily be in the north and midlands of the UK. We will consider a wide variety of sectors including the following:
Neighbourhood retail schemes anchored by a convenience store
Leisure schemes based on cinema/restaurant uses
In town retail opportunities
Student schemes in strong university towns where there is known demand
Prime industrial/warehousing sites where there is a strong supply/demand balance
City centre mixed use opportunities
In addition to our development programme we are also seeking asset management intensive investment opportunities, ideally with lot sizes above £10m.
